Terms and Conditions
Effective August 15, 2026
1. Who we are
Dos Leches Music and Events Society ("Dos Leches," "we," "us") operates dosleches.ca and runs the Dos Leches Community Series, a free outdoor event series in Calgary, Alberta. You can reach us at info@dosleches.ca.
2. Agreement
By using this site, attending our events, or buying from our store, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, don't use the site.
3. The site
Site content is provided as is. We may change, move, or remove anything at any time. We work to keep event details accurate, but dates, locations, lineups, and times can change.
4. Events
Our events are free and open to the public. No ticket is required unless we say otherwise for a specific event.
- Attendance is at your own risk. Outdoor public spaces carry ordinary risks: weather, uneven ground, crowds, sound levels, sun exposure.
- You are responsible for your own belongings and for anyone in your care, including children and pets.
- We may cancel, shorten, move, or reschedule an event for weather, safety, permit, or any other reason. We post changes on dosleches.ca and on Instagram at @dos.leche5.
- We may refuse entry or ask anyone to leave for harassment, violence, threats, discriminatory behaviour, damage to property or the park, or for ignoring staff, volunteers, venue rules, or City of Calgary bylaws.
- Where alcohol is served, it is served by a licensed vendor under an Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis licence. Outside alcohol is not permitted. Valid ID is required.
5. Photography and filming at events
Our events are photographed and filmed. By attending, you agree that Dos Leches and anyone we authorize may record your image, voice, and likeness, and use that material in promotional and archival work, without payment or further permission. If you would rather not appear, tell a photographer or a staff member on site, or email info@dosleches.ca and we will do our best to keep you out of anything we publish.
6. The store
- Prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include shipping or applicable taxes.
- We may change prices, edit product descriptions, or stop selling an item at any time.
- Product photos are as accurate as we can make them. Colours vary between screens, and printed garments vary slightly between production runs.
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order, including after payment, for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or supply problems. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
- Our merch is made and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners.
- Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package leaves the fulfillment partner, delivery is in the carrier's hands.
- You are responsible for entering a correct shipping address, and for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees on orders shipped outside Canada.
- Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy.
7. Our intellectual property
The Dos Leches name, logo, designs, photographs, video, and site content belong to us or to our contributors. Do not reproduce, resell, or use them commercially without written permission. Buying a piece of merch gets you the item, not rights to the artwork on it.
8. Content you send us
If you send us a photo or video, comment on our posts, or tag us, you give us permission to repost and share that content with credit. You confirm that it is yours to give.
9. Links to other sites
We link to Eventbrite, Instagram, partner sites, and others. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Dos Leches, its directors, staff, volunteers, and partners are not liable for injury, loss, theft, or damage arising from attending an event, using this site, or buying our products. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute goes to the courts of Alberta.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted on this page is the one that applies. Last updated August 15, 2026.
